Payment Process
Ghooomlo accepts payments via the following methods: International Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT), Credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express-HKD), Debit Card, PayPal, Payoneer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and also for locals using local Pakistani money transferring services (EasyPaisa, JazzCash)
Check the cost of your preferred currency by selecting the package and date, then adjusting the units to reveal the final amount payable. Kindly note that due to currency fluctuation, the cost of the same activity may change from time to time.
Ghooomlo displays activity prices in several currencies, major USD. You can pay in charge of any currency by choosing a payment mode.
We do not charge any service fees or additional fees. If for some reason you see any extra fees, please check with your credit card or the sender.
As Ghooomlo is an online and offline platform, fortunately, we do accept cash payments. All bookings must be made over our website or app. You would have to click the receipt picture after making a cash payment and attach it to your booking form.
Yes, our physical office serves as a ticketing office. We are currently based in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Pakistan.
You can be safe in the knowledge that we’re using third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to ‘save card information’, your credit card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our payment gateways.
Changes & Refund
The cancellation policy varies with different activities. Please check the cancellation details of your activity to see if you are eligible for a refund.
For activities that accept free cancellation, you can cancel the bookings directly if it is within the cancellation timeline, and a full refund will be issued. If it is out of the cancellation policy, a refund will not be provided.
Under certain unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. flight cancellation, natural disaster, etc.), we would offer refunds to customers if a relevant proof is provided. Please reach out to our support team by submitting a ‘Cancel Booking‘ inquiry on Contact form.
If your initial payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be processed instantly after we process the refund. If you paid by credit card, it usually takes 5-7 working days, or up to 30 days for certain banks, for you to receive the refund in your account.
If after these time scales you have still not received your refund, please reach out to us by submitting a ‘Cancel Booking‘ inquiry on Contact form.

Account Settings
It’s free to create a Ghooomlo account. You can sign up with your email address or phone number.
To sign up with your email:
- From the Ghooomlo homepage, click the ‘Sign Up‘ button
- Enter your email address and chosen password, then click the ‘Sign Up‘ button
- Head over to your email inbox and click the URL in the verification email to activate your account
- Go back to the Ghooomlo homepage and sign in to your account to start your next adventure!
To sign up with your phone number:
- From the Ghooomlo homepage, click the ‘Sign Up‘ button
- Enter your phone number and click ‘Send Verification Code‘
- Enter the verification code and chosen password
- Click the ‘Sign Up‘ button and it’s done! Enjoy searching for your next adventure!
Log into our website Ghooomlo.com, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner, then select ‘Settings‘. Enter your current password and the preferred new password. Note that your password is case sensitive and must include at least 8 characters, including 1 number.
From the Ghooomlo homepage, click ‘Login‘, then ‘Forgot Password‘
Enter the phone number used to create your Ghooomlo account and we will send you a code to reset your password
OR click ‘Reset via email‘, then enter the email address used to create your Ghooomlo account and we will send you a link to reset your password
If you wish to receive your voucher through a different email address, please click on your profile at the top right-hand corner of the Ghooomlo homepage, then select ‘Settings‘. In the ‘Account Information‘ section, enter your preferred email address under Email (To Receive Voucher) and click ‘Save‘.

Voucher & pickup point
You’ll get your booking number and voucher number will be issued on your email and also in your existing account with Ghooomlo.
Spam folder
Booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam folder.
Booking summary
Log in to your Ghooomlo account on our website or app to view your booking summary, which will include your booking confirmation.
The location of the meeting point is described on the voucher in the “Meeting point” section.
You can find the meeting point information on the activity’s page, once you get logged in to your website.
